@MojangSupport I use a nintendo switch light and I can't sign into minecraft at all. It keeps showing me QR code to scan or remote webpage as the only way to sign in but even though I have done that nothing else happens. Is there any other way to sign in? Cheers.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection to ensure your account can authenticate with our servers. If you have a dock, try using an ethernet connection or power cycling your router to refresh the connection. Does this issue persist after restarting your device? ^AM
