@MojangSupport ive been having issues connecting to realms on Xbox series x. We have contacted support and was told to look through FAQS which we have and are still unable to resolve the problem. Ticket no.4606951

We have contacted support again and basically they refuse to help us we was told to self diagnose through the FAQs which is of no help this has to be the worst support I've ever encountered
