@MojangSupport hi i鈥檓 not getting the halloween panorama and i鈥檓 on 1.19.40

What platform are you playing on (PC, console, mobile)? You may need to try closing and reopening the game so it updates. Let us know if you're still not seeing it and what other steps you've tried! ^FF

i鈥檝e checked for updates and restarted and nothing happened. this was on windows 10 edition from the store and not the launcher

To make sure there are no issues updating, ensure firewall/antivirus allows Minecraft to make changes. An uninstall/reinstall may help but be sure to back up your saves/world data first! How to do so can be found here: bit.ly/3ITFRH3. Keep us updated if that helps! ^AM
