Unfortunately, we're unable to offer support for third-party clients and apps. If you run into any issues running Realms from the official Minecraft Launcher, though, do let us know and we'll be happy to take a look! ^AM

I have the same problem with the normal launcher

Oh no! In this case, this interface means you don't own a realm or are not currently a member of one. Do you have a paid Realm and does this happen when you try to enter your own? Or is this happening when trying to join a friend's Realm, or both? ^AM

I don't have my own realm I'm trying to join my friend's realm

Try pressing F11 twice to see if that fixes the invite. If you're still not able to see an invite for your friend's realm, make sure that they are sending the invite to your Java Username instead of your Xbox Gamertag. Let us know if this works! ^FF
