@MojangSupport my boyfriend has a realm and it hasn’t been working for a few days him and two other people in our realm are just getting this error message saying that it’s unable to connect them to the realm and on my screen it’s saying that I’m not part of the realm

Ensure you have a stable connection by switching to hardwire if on WiFi and power cycle the router to rule out connection issues. Then, the best course of action is just to try again! It may take a couple of tries. Let us know if the issue persists, though! ^AM
