Is this on Realm or private server? Ensure you have a stable connection by switching to ethernet if on WiFi and restart the router. This issue may likely be resolved by trying again, it may take a couple tries and some patience! Do let us know if the issue persists, though! ^AM

We are on private. We tried switching from lan cable to Wi-Fi and then back to lan cable. Keep getting unable to connect to world. We been trying for two days

Also be sure to disable any VPNs, check to ensure firewall/antivirus is not set up in a way that would block Minecraft, and ensure account Privacy/Safety settings allow multiplayer. (More detailed steps here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W) Keep us updated if that helps or not! ^AM
