Hey @MojangSupport I have a problem related to putting a custom skin. On the minecraft launcher, it appears that I have the skin that I put on, but when I go directly to minecraft, the Alex Skin appears... I would ask you to give me a solution to this problem if possible! Thank!

Something is likely interfering with Minecraft, such as incompatible software or malware. Remove any third-party Minecraft software and perform a malware/antivirus scan. Let us know if the issue persists after a scan and cleanup! ^AM

Have you downloaded MCLeaks or any other third-party software? We recommend searching just in case and uninstalling if you come across MCLeaks, then logging out and back into the Minecraft Launcher. Let us know if you find anything! ^AM
