@MojangSupport both me and my husband are getting this message on Xbox One, but our account permissions are set up as they should be (and we’re not on child accounts) - any ideas what’s gone wrong?

Even if not a child account, double check those Xbox Live account settings to ensure "Join Multiplayer" and "Join and Create Clubs" are set to "allow." Don't forget to hit the green submit button to save! More info and steps can be found here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W ^AM
