@Minecraft @MojangSupport Hi, I'm currently having an issue with two of my skin packs where I have baught the Doctor Who bundle that gives me Pack 1 and 2, however I cannot use them on the Bedrock version of the PS4 game and I can only use them on the PS4 Editions version

Is this only happening with certain skin packs, or are all of them not loading properly? Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far to address this issue, if any? ^BT

No so far it has only been these two Doctor Who packs that I know of that are in this issue, all the ones I previously owned are showing like the Minecarft Story Mode pack and Vault Tech pack are still showing, it's just the two Doctor Who packs that aren"/ showing up

Just sent them the information and yea it's something I baught from the PlayStation store, not the Minecraft Store

Okay so I read over this Email I received when I sent them the issue, how ever one of the issues with this is that it's not even in the Market Place so I can't prove it was there to begin with, all the evidence I have is buying it from the PlayStation Store
