@MojangSupport Hi Minecraft for some reason isn’t letting me play because of parental controls right now? My Microsoft account isn’t loading at all and it’s not letting me solve the issue. What do I do?

I did this and it still didn’t do anything. It told me to log out after I did it and log back in and still nothing.
