I did but this is ridiculous. I paid you guys and now I'm losing days on my Realm that I've paid for and can't get back. If I don't pay, you cut off my realm immediately, but now I have to go through a 3 day process to prove to you that I paid you? You need a better system

Nope this is for Windows 10 Bedrock. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with @MicrosoftHelps only to be told I need to do an internet report form to Mojang. So glad I pay for a premium service that is anything but
