@MojangSupport i cant play minecraft on multiplayer even though i am above 13 on both java and bedrock.

It’s doing the same thing to me. I’m 23 and never joined or created a family plan on Microsoft. I reinstalled the game after 6 months of not playing it and this issue popped up. All of my setting are accurate and I’ve switched them and put them back to how they were and still -
