@MojangSupport Hopefully you can help me. You completely failed to respond to my last message I see. I bought Minecraft Java and Bedrock edition for Windows 10 yesterday. I had some launch issues that I think are now resolved. However I can only access the demo version.

I'm not seeing a message from you. If it was in the form of a DM, we can't open or answer those! As for the Demo issue you're running into, this happens when you're logged into an account without a game license. Try checking this FAQ for solutions: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^BT
