So, if I'm understanding, I cannot access the @Minecraft Realm I'm paying for because the game is functionally broken on Switch and my subscription is trapped on a Bedrock only @Microsoft account, essentially, I'm trapped in a merge conflict.

I get this screen that says that there's something wrong with my account that if it persists for more than a few days I should contact support unclear if it's @MojangSupport or Microsoft support - my guess is this will be an infinite loop.

It wouldn't be so frustrating if I hadn't literally paid for myriad copies of this game for myself and my family over the last decade on a variety of platforms

It's not like there's a pathway to contacting either entity's support at this point 馃し馃槶 I really do suspect that it's @Microsoft and not @MojangSupport and certainly not @NintendoAmerica But now I've shouted into the void about it

Yea, this sounds very frustrating! Did you reach out to Xbox/Microsoft Support regarding your account? If it's an actual Realms issue my team can assist with that. ^TK

I might could try to access it through my Xbox I suppose but I couldn鈥檛 get at it to manage it from my Switch but the Switch just locks up when trying to access and Coient shows the message I referenced earlier Client suggests I鈥檒l need to contact support, as I mentioned
