@MojangSupport morning. Am a bit frustrated. Tried 2 different cards and they have enough funds in both. Am trying to purchase a student a Minecraft and its not allowing me to. Please help. I bought 3 successfully but the 4th one keeps saying having trouble processing payment.

I filled in the form but no where was there a choice for billing support. So had to choose account info. I have 6 to purchase for each student. Please. How can I get the help I need. Is there a direct email?

Okay I forgot to attach the screen shot I took. I know they have loads of work per day millions all over having troubles. Sorry if impatient. Just never had problems buying te other 3 accounts. Not sure what the problem can be.
