@MojangSupport I have a special problem with authentication involving Kaspersky. If I deactivate it in the initial login (give my my PureBDCraft!) and auth login (Let me login to my server), it works. Otherwise, I get the Cauldron error and others. No mention in Kasp. logs. DM?

We can't answer DMs at the moment, but we can help here! Cauldron error code means that Minecraft is unable to reach the authentication servers, or the connection has timed out. Please make sure that your game is up to date and linked to a Microsoft account! ^BT

I'll email using the link on your profile. The connection times out *IF* Kaspersky is active, it works when Kaspersky is *de*activated, but I can't find how to tell Kaspersky not to block. I'll find another route. Thank you.
