Payment issues can be caused by a ton of different things. If a different browser doesn't help, some prepaid debit cards can't be used due to US law. Also, ensure international purchases are permitted. I know waiting's no fun, but also try later and let us know how it goes! ^AM

I used multiple cards, and have used both over seas. In addition I had the same issue about a year ago on my account…
