@MojangSupport this keeps happening when I try to load up the Minecraft launcher.

Is this happening with the Windows Launcher from the Microsoft Store or the older Unified launcher? Which operating system are you running? Let us know what troubleshooting you've tried already so we can narrow it down! ^AM

I’m using the Microsoft store one. I’ve just went on app settings and clicked repair and reset so I’m hoping it works.
