@MojangSupport My realms world(s) chunks never loading, I tried on different maps, change DNS and also reset my connection but nothing works. IOS and Xbox they all have same problem, I can’t able to play on my Realms. I have 4ms, D:112mbps and U:20mbps connection.

This looks potentially like a corrupted world. Do you have a backup of your Realm and can you try loading a backup to see if that resolves the issue? Do you have trouble loading chunks across all worlds? ^AM

Yes, I tried all the possible actions. But the problem was solved after I connected via ethernet cable. I am same room as my router and have a good internet connection. So I think this problem is all about my router settings, I still can't play on my IOS device tho.
