@MojangSupport I can’t seem to join multiplayer games on my iPhone or iPad. I have all my privacy settings set to allow this and my son and I are friends (both ways) but when I try and join the world it says “unable to connect to world”

If you're certain both "create and join clubs" and "join multiplayer games" are set to allow in account settings, make sure antivirus/firewall allow permissions for Minecraft and restart your devices. Let us know if there's any troubleshooting you've tried already! ^AM
