I’m trying to install Minecraft bedrock I’ve uninstalled the game and factory reset my PC and it still doesn’t allow me to download Minecraft bed rock whenever I hit play it just goes to a grayish green with no loading indicator and no download

Are you attempting to download the Minecraft Launcher or the Minecraft app directly from the Microsoft Store? Try downloading the Launcher and launching the app from there if you haven't already. Let us know what troubleshooting you've already tried so we can narrow it down! ^AM
