@MojangSupport @Minecraft trying to play the preview with my friend im on Xbox series x he's on PC we are friends whenever I invite him it says "you must be friends with the player" we are friends on Minecraft how do we play with each other

Are you Xbox Live friends? Crossplay between console and PC is only available for Bedrock Editions of Minecraft and won't be available if your friend plays Java Edition. Is your friend also playing Minecraft for Windows (Bedrock?) Have you tried any troubleshooting? ^AM

Yes we are Xbox live friends and have each other added on the normal version of bedrock we play together every day yet when we try to play together in the preview it tells us we aren't friends and when we add each other it says we are already friends so we don't know what to do
