I finally figured out which email and converted it. Do I still get the cape for this and owning both java and bedrock since they came in a package years ago?

Where would they show up?

If you're eligible for the Vanilla cape, it will show up in your dressing room/skin customization menu. Please be aware that you must have had a license for both Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft for Windows on the same Microsoft account before June 6th, 2022. ^FF
