I would like to request that you make the game more stable on @NintendoUK Switch. All it does is crash, we just want to play the @BBC Frozen Planet 2 world. Please fix ASAP. @MojangSupport

Crash issues on Switch may be fixed with a fresh uninstall and reinstall. Make sure you have lots of available storage space! That can cause a lot of issues. ^AM

I would much rather carry on the conversation here, I've submitted tickets before and never got anywhere. The game is a buggy mess and needs fixing.
