@MojangSupport my screen (ps4, bedrock) has been on the 'saving world' screen for 43 minutes and I cant just delete it, I made major progress this session. What should I do?

Hey thanks for getting back to me, asked a friend who has a lotnmore exp than me and turns out my world was corrupted. I had to delete it (luckily I had a back up, but still lost progress) sorry for the hassle xx
