@MojangSupport hi my son has forgotten what email account he used to sign in to his Minecraft account. We have tried “forgot password” twice with no success

What if I don’t have access to my transaction stuff, I got this account when I was like 8 with my dads email and I don’t have access to any of that stuff now. All I know is the email, password and security questions

No worries, you should still be able to create a ticket with us! A transaction ID isn't needed as we have other methods of verification, but it does speed along the process. Please make that ticket with our Accounts team should be able to help. ^BT
