Sounds like there could be some frustrating connection issues happening. Please try power cycling your console, switching to a hardwire connection if you are on wifi, and let us know if that helps and if there's anything else you've tried! ^AM

I have the exact same issue and my Xbox is hardwired, power cycled every day and on 900mbps internet speed. You broke the game with the update. Don’t blame the console!
