How is this fixed? @XboxSupport @MicrosoftHelps @MojangSupport Only happens with default launcher. Can auth with other clients just fine.

Is this the new Launcher for Windows or the older Windows 7/8 launcher? Ensure you have a stable connection, and updated to the latest version. Let us know if there's anything else you've tried and if the error is persistent upon updating. ^AM

Windows 10. Fresh install. Windows store shows I own it. Can log in with MultiMc and play just fine. Issue is only with default launcher

This might be resolved by simply signing out and back in to the launcher. If this issue is still happening after signing back in, then please let us know. ^FF
