@MojangSupport @NintendoAmerica Minecraft on the switch is broken. I can NEVER join my friend when she is online on our server together on the switch or on a different console. The connection is secure & strong but it always times out? The game is broken 😔💔 #NSminecraftisbroke

Can you let us know what you've tried so far to address this issue? If you haven't yet, rebooting your router may help as well as using a hardwire connection instead of WiFi. Let us know what else you've tried, if anything! ^FF
