@MojangSupport ive been trying to load my minecraft world on my ps5 for some time now, but each time it tells me its loading resource packs for a while until it just crashes, how do i fix this?

Are you using WiFi? Switching to a hardwire connection may help, and reinstalling in case there's been an issue with the program not downloading properly. If you reinstall, please be sure to back up your worlds first! More info on this here: bit.ly/3CWHxhF. ^FF
