@MojangSupport - my son bought this skull for his character yesterday (10 Oct 22)But today (11th) it isn’t in his cupboard. The rest of the items he bought are still available & he can see them. But this has vanished.

If you could have your son sign all the way out of your account and then sign back in! Check to see if it's back on the account then and if not reach back out to me. ^TK
