Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried to address this issue? If you haven't already done so, try power-cycling your router and switch to a hardwire connection instead of WiFi, if possible. If you're still running into this issue, please let us know! ^FF

Yes thank you, we’ve went ahead and tried that with our router, switched companies, obtained a new router and are now also hardwired to it directly… unfortunately the results are the same.

This might be caused by your world if you have big farms or contraptions using command blocks/redstone. You can check by starting a new world, but make sure to download your previous world first. If the new world runs ok, then the previous world is causing the problem. ^FF

Would red stone works be causing the issue even if it’s not being used or active? We’ll also be eliminating most if not all of our massive villager farm to mitigate this issue.
