@Minecraft @MojangSupport @MicrosoftHelps @XboxSupport I'm a 36 year old adult that has been Xbox Live for over 10 years. I have not changed any account settings. I have reviewed my settings & all is well. Can someone please assist me in correcting this issue? Thank you so much!

Sometimes the parental settings can cause some issues and reset! You can read up on how to change your Parental Settings for your MIcrosoft Account here: support.microsoft.com/en-us/… ^TK

Thank you for the quick response, but I'm confused. My date of birth is correct on the account, and I can't see any setting in regards to consent. I still don't know how to fix this issue. Thank you so much!
