@MojangSupport I need your help. My friends can’t join me

Need a bit more detail on this information! Mind giving me a bit more insight and what troubleshooting steps you have already tried? Are you both playing on the same version of the game? ^TK

We are playing the same version and on the same console. But when they try to join my world with Sphinx PureBDCraft texture pack from the market place it doesn’t load past 0%. It doesn’t allow them to join unless they don’t download the texture pack.
