@MojangSupport help! minecraft win10. downloaded templates from marketplace but after playing with them, status on the create world page says "downloading" never finishes downloading. tips? un install and re-install? what happens to the worlds he created if we do? Help help!!!

Thanks for answering, how will we know when you have found a fix? This has been an issue for over 6 months. Is there a possibility to chat online, or is this the option?
