@MojangSupport I can't login to my Minecraft account, i brought it from Google Play Store (i'm not using APK or Cracked version) when i try to login my account, it redirects me to Microsoft's login site but that site does not works properly. It showns a DNS error can u pls help?

I'm getting an authentication error for my 3 yr old digital download after I got the update last night. This never happened before. I've reached out to Microsoft per your recommendation after doing Mojang help steps on web. Would just buying a physical game get this resolved?

Are you seeing the authentication error when attempting to open the game from the Play Store? Or does that happen when you go to the Microsoft site only? ^AM

When I try to launch the owned digital game on Xbox One I get the 0x87e50033 error after the Mojang Red screen comes up. This started immediately after the Wednesday update went on my console. I'm in contact with both Microsoft support and Minecraft support. No luck w/ fixes yet
