@MojangSupport hey I'm unable to play on a server that I always play on. This problem has been going on for the past month, any ideas as to what's happening?

Is this a private server or a Realm that's been purchased? Give me a bit more information along with a screenshot of the error that you're seeing. ^TK

It is a Java bedrock cross platform server using the plugin geyser. It was working just hours prior and now it gets stuck on the screen in the following screenshot
