Is there something wrong with the update? I've been at 16KB for the past 10 mins of installing the update.

My daughter has been stuck on 94% for two hours. Can't pause, cancel or interact with any install options. Please help

Do you have any updates, is it still stuck? You may want to restart the console and try a fresh install, we suggest downloading on a hardwired connection if you're on WiFi. ^AM

I do like the Minions DLC on Minecraft but the lack of Kevin, Stuart and Bob disappointed me. Could you add these three minions as skins?

The best people to ask would be the creators of the pack, but I'm not seeing their contact info anywhere. In that case, the second-best place would be feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en…. Since the pack wasn't made by Minecraft directly though, I can't guarantee anything. ^LK
