The update made my game even laggier I was playing 120 fps on series s now it’s on 60 and below and really delayed I can’t even play

Ever since this update my sensitivity has been messed up, when i make the slightest stick movement its moved too fast you cant micro move anymore when will this get fixed because i cant play

I now cannot access my Minecraft account at all or the realm I am paying for as it is giving me an error on Xbox series x saying "we do not own this game" when we have owned this game for years now. tech told me to uninstall and reinstall, and that still hasn't fixed the issue.
