@MojangSupport hi guys my son purchased a realm/pack from@the PS store, when we click to download in the game it just goes on forever then says Minecraft store is unreachable right now try again later. Any ideas? Thank you

This sounds like a connection issue; you may want to switch to a hardwire connection instead of WiFi, and give the console a restart. Try that and let us know if there's anything else you've tried! ^AM

Thank you, I tried this too it still won’t download. We’ve had no issues with connections and other downloads for different games. Also now a previous realm he purchased has stopped working and won’t download, it gets to around 25% then stops and resets
