@MojangSupport Hi, my game is incredibly laggy/freezes constantly since I’ve created a portal. It’s on a switch. I’ve tried restarting the game etc… any ideas? Cheers 👍

Oh no! That sounds pretty frustrating. If you have any texture packs try disabling them and check and make sure you have plenty of storage available, as that can cause a lot of issues with Minecraft on Switch. ^AM

Thanks for your response, I’ve been playing this world for 5 months with no issues. No change to texture settings, and I haven’t added any more games etc. it’s literally been since I created a portal a couple of days ago.

You may need to reinstall the game in case there's issues with file corruption. Be sure to back up your worlds first since your worlds are stored locally on your device & aren't connected to your account. Info on backing up worlds can be found here: bit.ly/3c9PK76. ^FF

Unfortunately this hasn’t worked. I deleted software and reinstalled. I also made a back up of the world and deleted the original. Still freezing…
