@MojangSupport I accidentally logged into the wrong Microsoft account on my PS5. When I try to unlink my Microsoft account from my Minecraft on PS4 it says "something went wrong. Your accounts were not able to be unlinked. Maybe check your internet connection?"

Once a PSN account has been linked to a MS account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original account and will no longer be available on the account. ^AM

That's absolutely fine I don't have any purchases under the account anyways. I just want them unlinked. But every method I've tried will not allow me to do so.

If it's a connection issue, let's try switching to a hardwired connection instead of WiFi. You may just also want to try a fresh restart of your console. For more info on account linking/unlinking, check out our PlayStation FAQ here: bit.ly/3M5KiA3 ^AM

My internet is fully functional, and I have attempted to restart the console numerous times. But each time I log back into Minecraft and attempt to unlink the account I encounter this same message. I can only assume something else is preventing me from unlinking the accounts.

You may need to try reinstalling the game on your console. Be sure to back up your files first, as your worlds aren't connected to your account account. More info on this can be found here: bit.ly/3c9PK76. ^FF
