Hey @MojangSupport, I sent a DM yesterday but maybe I'm supposed to publicly @ mention you in issues instead, so... I can neither: (a) install the Launcher from the Win7 .msi nor (b) run Minecraft from a backup launcher installation as it can't "connect to Minecraft Services"

I submitted that form already (or one like it). Thus far, all I seem to have received is a handful of responses from "Experts and minecraft gamers" who just keep saying variations of "uninstall, reboot, reinstall" which does not fix the issue.

Did you receive a ticket number, by chance? It should be a 7-digit number that you received with the automated email letting you know your request was submitted to us. We can look into the status of your request or provide clarification on next steps, if needed. ^FF

I submitted the form a second time and double checked that I picked Technical Support but I received no such email the first time and have yet to see any email this second time.
