@MojangSupport I’ve had several friends go thru the portal to get to the end city and it glitches them through the obsidian platform causing them to lose their hard earned stuff. What can be done seeing as this is a costly bug?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to restore any items that are lost or despawned. You can try uploading a previous backup of your world from before the issue started happening, to see if the items come back. ^FF
