@MojangSupport hi please help I just got this game on playstation and I have just found out I have an older version then the one that's out and I heard you guys done an update for a certain date free.. so basicly playstation didn't get the memo and I can't play with friends

I'm not sure what you mean by free update, unfortunately. Your game should update automatically, but you may want to manually check for updates in your PlayStation library settings. Can you explain in a bit more detail what happens when you try to play multiplayer? ^AM

Basicly I can play everything except connect on my friends world and my friends interface on my custom world is different.. we have the same version I get no updates at all I uninstall game and everything . 1st pic is mine and the second pic is my friends and the last screen

The last pic is what happens when I try to connect it constantly tries to load then sometimes will just say can't connect to world, and my Internet is fine I play other games aswell just fine online with them

This sounds like a connection issue is happening. Is your console connected with WiFi or hardwire? Using a hardwire connection can help, as well as resetting your router. Let us know what else you've tried or if you're still experiencing this issue. ^FF

Can you please just get this sorted rather then trying to blame it on the Internet issue I told you enough times its nothing to do with that please read the messages, every other game works no issues no update issues on any other game, you already admitted its a bug on your side
