@MojangSupport none of the skins and stuff I’ve paid for works. Its been about 4 days now and I even tried buying another and I got item just can’t use it. Just loads none stop and when try download things again it just fails. Is there a known issue on ps4?

Have you tried logging out and logging back in to make sure new Marketplace downloads have synced? Also, ensure you're logged in to the correct account, and let us know what else you've tried and if that works for you so we can narrow it down! ^AM
