We're not able to grant players capes that don't have them in their account. However, if you're signing into the correct Microsoft account that had the capes on it then you should be able to use them still. ^TK

I logged in to the correct account, but when I logged in the cape had been removed.

okay. I just finished doing it, only I put the answers in Spanish, and I would like to know if there is any kind of problem with that.
