I've just bought minecraft for ps4 after owning an xbox but now it is saying my Microsoft account is already in use for psn what do I do?

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN, neither account can be associated with another. Make sure you're using the right Microsoft account! If you need some account assistance please contact Microsoft Support at nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^AM
