@MojangSupport renewed my realm, says purchase successful but unable to build realm try again later. How do I fix this as it’s been paid for and I can’t access it.

The biggest thing is making sure you have enough space available on your console, and you may also want to start fresh with an uninstall/reinstall. Let us know if there's anything else you tried or you're still having issues and we can get you pointed in the right direction. ^AM

Been charged again for this realm and still not working still says it’s expired. Got more than enough space in memory for it. Charged now two months and still not been able to use it. Had to download a world copy to smaller realm that I’m having to keep and pay for in tandem.
