@MojangSupport renewed my realm, says purchase successful but unable to build realm try again later. How do I fix this as it’s been paid for and I can’t access it.

Can you please let us know which platform you purchased your realm on? Once we have that we'd be happy to look into this further. ^BT

The biggest thing is making sure you have enough space available on your console, and you may also want to start fresh with an uninstall/reinstall. Let us know if there's anything else you tried or you're still having issues and we can get you pointed in the right direction. ^AM
